Porridge steamboat

Just tried the porridge steamboat at Choo Jiat. It was better than I thought - the porridge is actually very dilute and does not interfere with the flavour of the ingredients cooked in it. The staff told us that there is a sequence eating this steamboat which is determined by the choice of food we ordered. However, the best dish is not the steamboat itself but the kong bak bun. The bun was soft and spongy; the stewed meat taste just right and melts in the mouth!
